Return & Refund Policy

At Kivura, we want you to love the way you look in your new denim. We understand that finding the perfect fit is essential, which is why we offer a straightforward, 40-day return policy for all our Denim Jackets, Shirts, and Skirts.

  • Return Window: 40 days from the date of delivery.

  • No Restocking Fees: We believe in a transparent shopping experience—no hidden processing fees.

  • Refund Method: Credits are issued directly to your original payment method.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

1. Return Eligibility

To ensure a smooth return process, your denim items must meet the following criteria:

  • Original Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors (perfume, smoke, etc.) or signs of wear.

  • Tags & Packaging: All original tags must be attached. Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging to maintain its quality during transit.

  • Non-Returnable: Items marked "Final Sale" or personalized/customized items are ineligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. The Return Process

  • Step 1: Request Authorization: Email support@kivura.com with your Order Number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number within 24–48 hours.

  • Step 2: Pack Securely: Place the item in its original packaging. Clearly write your RA number on the outside of the shipping box.

  • Step 3: Ship Back: Send the package to our warehouse address provided below. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (UPS/FedEx), as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • "Change of Mind": For returns due to fit or preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not deduct any additional fees from your refund; you will receive the full purchase price back.

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If your item arrived defective (e.g., faulty stitching, broken zipper) or you received the incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.

4. Refunds & Processing

Once your return arrives at our facility, our quality control team will inspect the items within 3–5 business days. Upon approval, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method (PayPal, Venmo, or Credit Card) within 7–10 business days.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To select a different size, color, or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order. This is the fastest way to ensure you get the perfect piece in your wardrobe!
