Kivura respects the creative work of designers, artists, and brand owners. We expect our partners and users to uphold the same standards. This policy outlines how to report infringements related to trademarks, denim designs, and patents.

1. Covered Intellectual Property Types

Trademark	Unauthorized use of our logo, brand name, or distinctive hardware symbols on denim apparel.
Design Patent	Infringement of a registered unique shape, silhouette, or ornamental design of our jackets, shirts, or skirts.
Trade Dress	Copying the "look and feel" (e.g., signature pocket stitching, unique wash patterns, or iconic lining) that identifies the Kivura brand.

2. How to Submit a Claim

If you believe a product on our site infringes upon your rights, please send a formal written notice to our IP Agent including:

Owner Information: Your full name, company name, and current contact details.
Proof of IP: Registration numbers (e.g., USPTO) and links to official records.
Infringing Material: Direct URLs to the specific product listings on our site. (General descriptions like "the denim jacket" are not sufficient).
Basis of Claim: A detailed explanation of how the specific garment design or logo violates your rights.
Legal Statements: A statement of good faith belief and a statement of accuracy, provided under penalty of perjury.

3. Our Response Process

Upon receiving a valid claim, Kivura will:

Review the documentation and identified product listings within 3–5 business days.
Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing product pending a full investigation.
Notify the relevant party and provide an opportunity for a counter-notification if applicable.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a strict "Three-Strike" policy. Accounts found to be repeat infringers of our denim designs, trademarks, or proprietary branding will be permanently terminated from our platform.
