Orders & Payments

Q: How do I place an order? Browse our collection of Denim Jackets, Shirts, and Skirts. Select your preferred size and wash, add to cart, and follow the checkout steps. You will receive a confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

Q: What payment methods are accepted? We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and digital wallets like PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Venmo. We also offer "Buy Now, Pay Later" options via Shop Pay Installments.

Q: Is my credit card information secure? Yes. We use SSL encryption and are PCI-DSS compliant. Your full card details are never stored on our servers; they are processed securely by our trusted payment partners (Shopify Payments or PayPal).

Shipping

Q: What are the shipping costs and times? We offer a $7.00 Flat Rate for shipping within the USA. Handling takes 1–4 business days, and transit typically takes 5–8 business days (Total: 6–12 business days).

Q: Can I track my package? Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package's journey on the carrier's website.

Returns & Care

Q: What is your return policy? We offer a 40-day return window. Denim items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Q: How do I care for my Kivura denim? To maintain the quality and fit of your denim:

Wash sparingly: Denim doesn't need to be washed after every wear.
Wash inside out: Always turn your jeans and jackets inside out to preserve the color.
Cold water only: Wash on a cold, delicate cycle to prevent shrinking and fading.
Air dry: Avoid the dryer whenever possible to prevent the fabric from warping or shrinking; hang-dry in the shade.
